Special Counsel prosecutors are accusing Paul Manafort of violating the terms of his plea agreement.

The Special Counsel’s status report Monday said Manafort lied to the FBI and Mueller’s office “over a selection of subject matters.”

Manafort is discovered guilty in August on eight-counts of tax and bank fraud.

In the eye of the second trial in September, he decided to cooporate with all the Special Counsel’s investigation.

Manafort denies lying, and said he provided information on the government, and also lived-up to his end within the deal.

Nonetheless, either side are calling for an immediate sentencing before a D.C. judge.
