Federal investigators are considering allegations, claiming Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker accepted campaign benefit violation of federal law.

A spokesperson to your office of the special counsel, confirmed this news recently.

The complaint is a result of a left-wing organization, which claims Whitaker is in violation of the Hatch Act while he received over $8,000 in donations this holiday season.

The money was sent between January and February, many years after his failed 2014 bid in becoming senator of Iowa.

Whitaker’s campaign treasurer has since responded, saying Whitaker would not require your money, that has been utilized to pay back debt leftover from campaigning.
