Sheffield’s Jaywing has acquired social publishing, native marketing and audience first creative agency HeadOfffice.

The agency can become part of Jaywing’s Leeds-based online marketing business, Epiphany.

HeadOfffice was founded in 2016 by former Epiphany Creative Director, Gaz Battersby.

MD Tom Salmon said: “The inclusion of the HeadOfffice team to our own studio means we have bolstered our creative strength to meet growing demand with a broad range of clients, along with adding valuable and various social publishing and amplification experience.”

Jaywing CEO Rob Shaw said: “Putting HeadOfffice’s creative excellence and social content alongside that which we already score well in across Epiphany implies that we’re perfectly positioned allow our clients take advantage of this change.”

Mr Battersby added: “Having taken the HeadOfffice proposition from your one-man start-up to an established team with retained clients and a growing social audience platform, some time felt instantly to go one stage further when using the opportunities joining an even bigger business brings.”
