In the 2010 report cards, Global Finance rates the performance of 89 central bank governors. Global Finance?assessed governors for a scale starting from A (for head in the class) to F (for outright failure), where Koba Gvenetadze, president of National Bank of Georgia received A- and has now been listed among 16 best governors.

Global Finance?have been grading central bankers for twenty-four years about well they generally do their jobs. The ratings matched to inflation control, economic growth, currency stability and interest-rate management, among other criteria. The determination of central bankers to cover their independence industry by storm political pressure and also their skills in supervising lenders will also be taken into account.
