National Bank of Georgia (NBG) continues reforming the capital city market using the attempt to get the securities market. On October 12, 2018 contained in the supervisory framework development process, the NBG approved the rule for prospectus of company shares and bonds.

Objective with this rule is always to upgrade transparency and reliability over the securities market, protect a persons vision of the existing and potential?investors and assure maximally informed decision-making process.

Companies have to prepare the prospectus to supply their shares and bonds into a lots of investors, the so-called IPO. This prospectus should be approved by the NBG. After approval the companies must make document public and attainable. The prospectus describes key direction within the company operation, future plans, information on previous and current personal finances, characteristics of offered shares and/or bonds.
