Managing Director Rachel Davis has spearheaded an administration buyout at Harrogate airport advertising specialist, Eye Airports.
The business manages ad’ space at 17 regional airports along the UK. It turned out formed by AdGroup founder Andrew Walker 11 in the past. Mr Walker will always be on as non-Executive Chairman.
Ms Davis has acquired the majority of the shares along with her management team.
As component of an Employee Benefit Trust, shares are also used on employees that have clocked up a couple of years for the business.
