Bank of Georgia Group said the demerger of the company’s investment business with Georgia Capital was completed on Tuesday.
As section of the demerger, Bank of Georgia Group issued and allotted 9,784,716 Bank of Georgia Group Shares-equivalent to 19.9% on the Bank of Georgia Group’s issued ordinary share capital-to Georgia Capital family pet Georgia Capital’s stake within the banking business.
Shares of Georgia Capital were admitted for trading over the London Stock Exchange’s main industry for listed securities previous to 8.00 a.m. on May 29, 2018, the firm said.
